Tra l’altro anche la difesa delle citta’ e la protezione delle coste e delle lagune, l’attivazione delle Autorita’ distrettuali di bacino idrografico, il recupero dei terreni abbandonati, la pulizia dei boschi usando il legname raccolto anche come biomassa (una misura con effetti anche contro gli incendi).
